Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Cambridge Letters, we strive to provide high-quality academic, career, and admissions advising to our students. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes circumstances can change.

Walking on Campus

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in an educational course, tutoring session, or academic advising plan, you must notify us by email at <info@cambridgeletters.com> at least 72 hours prior to the start of the course. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of your payment and enrollment in the course.

 

Refund Policy:

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our educational course, tutoring session, and academic advising plans. If you are not completely satisfied with the these offerings, you may request a refund within 7 days of the start date. To request a refund, you must submit a request by email at <info@cambridgeletters.com> with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Course name and start date

  • Reason for requesting a refund

  • Proof of payment

Once we receive your request, we will review it and determine if you are eligible for a refund. If eligible, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

Exceptions:

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to notify us of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the start of the course/session/meeting.

  • Requesting a refund after the 7-day refund period has ended.

  • Accessing and/or downloading course materials after the refund has been requested.

  • Sharing or distributing course materials to others.

  • Violation of our terms and conditions of use.
